Jack has opened five concepts in Kansas in his career, primarily focused in the fine dining scope. An avid wine aficionado and craft cocktail fan, he has studied for both his sommelier and ciccerone and oversaw multiple beverage programs while also spearheading a complete accounting overhaul for a hospitality group. When not working, he enjoys reading and board games. 

Jeff has spent his entire professional career in the industry. His background includes managing multiple levels of service such as fast casual, full service and corporate dining. An expert with numbers who is passionate about genuine hospitality while focusing on staffing and training. Husband and father who enjoys fitness and the outdoors.
